They had been patients there for a long time, so it shows these vets are trusted. I just moved to Ormond from port orange and never used this veterinary office until a couple of weeks ago. They are quick and responsive on the phone, with getting an appointment quickly and relaying messages to the vet. When the vet isn’t in, they tell you exactly when they will be, and the message they will relay, where some offices just say they’re giving the message over yet never do. It’s not the cheapest nor most expensive vet I’ve taken my animals (many) over the last two decades, but by far the prettiest office, a couple other hospitals over the years have some staff members I love but others I do not care for, where they were all awesome here. Gave my dog plenty of love and respected that he’s a traumatized pit bull who was in a shelter for years, so let me restrain him myself to make him very comfortable, rather than just bringing him into another room, or muzzling him (which I assumed they would, but instead they asked me if he prefer I do it! He did!). The vet tech went nice and slow to “make friends” with him first. He’s friendly, but a huge baby and they respected that!
